Sycamore High School 8th Grade Band

After a year of daily band classes in 7th grade, woodwind and brass students in 8th grade band continue and extend the more complex concepts of music making that they encounter in previous years. 8th grade band is divided into two groups of equal ability that meet every day during the school day. Throughout the school year, students will have several concert performance opportunities, as well as the option to participate in solo and small ensemble events in the spring.
