This is the home of the Sycamore Community Schools Instrumental Music Program encompassing music education for string, wind, and percussion players from grades 5-12 across three school buildings. Instrumental music opportunities begin for our students in 5th grade at E.H. Greene Intermediate School and continue on through Sycamore Junior High School and Sycamore High School. Nearly 1,000 students participate in the band and orchestra offerings at Sycamore as part of a broad and diverse music education program.
